The Market brings together a dedicated and talented group of local bakers who supply an amazing array of delicious baked goods to suit every taste and dietary need.

All our bakers use local ingredients wherever possible and avoid ingredients with nasty chemicals and preservatives. We list many of our weekly offerings in the Gilmanton’s Own Weekly Newsletter and on our website and Facebook page. Some are available for preorder through the Gilmanton’s Own Online Catalogue.

Michelle and Keith Descoteaux of Still Seeking Farm in Gilmanton offer breads, sweet things, and granolas, as well as gorgeous boxes of Christmas cookies. You can find their list of breads currently available for preorder here or check out the Gilmanton’s Own Online catalogue.

Wanda Dole of Rockwall Farm in Gilmanton produces a wide range of gorgeous, delicious breads and sweet treats as well as dog treats. You’ll recognize her designed sourdoughs and amazing pane bianco.

Beth Krainchich of Beth’s Gluten Free Goodies, based in Wolfeboro, is one of our regions best-known professional bakers. All of her breads and sweet treats are gluten free to the highest standard, and many are dairy free. No-one can resist her beautiful cupcakes and lemon bars. Ann Magee of Magee Family Farm, just down the road from the Market, offers delicious breads and sweet things.

Gina Sapiro of Jones Mill House in Gilmanton offers breads, sweet things, and granola. The Market’s freezer section always stocks her specialty small breads: naan, bagels, pita, multigrain English muffins, and more. Sarah Baldwin Welcome of Pancake Hill Farm and Provincial Palate is a chef and caterer and manages Gilmanton’s Own Market. Most weeks she offers Maple White and Whole Wheat breads, a delicious array of scones using local fruit, delicious tarts of many kinds, and other baked goodies.
